Amazon Prime not loading videos

Starting December 18 Amazon Prime will not load video or audio in all my Roku units. I can choose a video, click on it, but then the screen goes black -- no audio, either. Amazon Prime works OK on my computer. All other apps on my Roku work fast and fine. I live in Los Angeles and use Spectrum. Thank you.

I found a phone number for Amazon help and they answered right away, transferred me to Prime Video help. Turns out it was a buffer problem and after rebooting my modem and rebooting my Roku units the problem went away. Spectrum Cable sucks!!!!
