While A&E and Trvl channels worked at first, neither work now on any of my ROKU tvs. I only get a msg saying "This content available to viewers who receive Trvl Channel as part of their pay TV subscription." I DO have a pay TV subscription to Spectrum which includes this channel. A&E msg says "0066 No account return from UPDA" whatever that is. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I can't find a site or telephone number to ask ROKU directly.
You may know you have a paid subscription, but you typically have tell the system that by logging each channel app into that subscription using your cable/satellite login credentials. For most apps you can find this as an item under their Settings. Look for something saying 'sign in', 'authenticate', 'activate', or similar.
