Hi everyone,

Just as a reminder of the Community Guidelines in place:

Be kind, courteous, and positive when posting. The Community exists to help users. Posting abusive, obscene, harassing, hostile, defamatory, offensive, tortious, argumentative, inappropriate or otherwise objectionable content may result in loss of access to the Community. Roku reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

In regards to the channel functionality, for more information about a channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channe support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,
Danny

Thanks for the note.

Can you please provide us with an ID tracker when you are running into this issue. You can create an ID tracker by pressing the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times.

Once we have this information, we will be able to look further into the issue for you.

everybody should buy the new TIVO STREAM 4K on tivo.com -  maybe IF ROKU looses subscribers they might actually get some software stable

Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

Thanks,
Danny
