I went to charge my door bell but it won’t charger at all and I can not find any way online to see what’s wrong. Thinking about taking it back and getting our money back. Does anyone know how to fix this issue of it not charging to a wall outlet with the charger cord?

I have the same issue.. looks like it’s the device not the charging cord. I’ve only had it for a few months.

Yes, I have tried different cords. It’s the device not being able to take charge as I stated in my original post. I noticed it over the weekend when I got the alert on my phone that the device was down to 5% battery.
