Roku Camera Plus Subscription All Cameras only working for 2 of 4 cameras

I have 2 wired outdoor cameras, 1 wireless outdoor camera, and 1 indoor wired camera.  I have the Camera Plus Subscription for All Cameras, but when I check the app, only my indoor wired camera and outdoor wireless camera appear under the subscription.  How do I add my 2 wired outdoor cameras so I can have more options on recording?  I tried the manage subscription section through Roku's website but it doesn't give me an option to add the other 2 cameras, and I don't see an option on the Roku Smart Home app to do it.
