billing

there is no other way to speak to anyone inreference  to roqu billing, I am very disturbed, and would like to have these transactions posted back to my account, so I can close it

Being double charged for months and can't call or talk to an actual person

I can't talk to an actual person to cancel my subscription for roku for months and you have been charging me for two different things roku s and roku c I think anywho you can see when we talk one on one so can someone please give me a holla back please...... Genny very mad lady....

Roku doesnt charge for anything. It must be a particular Channel.
