You charged me tax in my low-tax state

I cannot get you on the phone because of the cauvet 19 issue. But you charged me tax although I live in Delaware. You have an old credit card that you used. The address on the credit card is now in Delaware.  I  Would like you to credit my account for $4.20 that you overcharge to me.
