Waiting on RMA instructions

I had a replacement request for a faulty Roku Express accepted on 1/11/20.  I have been waiting on the RMA instructions since then.  I have the support request number, which I think is separate from the RMA number.  There have been references in the communications from Roku support to a return warehouse location, which I have not received yet either.  How long does a replacement request usually take to process?
