Un-requested and unwanted charge - No customer support.

I just got charged for something I didn't order and don't want.  

There's no way on the website to get any support.  No way to cancel an order.  

Do I have any option other than contacting PayPal to cancel the payment??

Frustrated in Hawaii.

I got charged for a weather app that I did not do...How do I cancel that charge and get a refund?
