This afternoon I tried to set up a new roku streaming stick for my guest bedroom. When I called customer service for help the tech I spoke with told me that I was only allowed to have 3 devices on my account. The tech told me that I had to pay roku if I wanted any more devices I was shocked, I explained that some devices were older and I have replaced them with newer versions. Before I had chance to take them off my account the tech deleted every one of my devices from my account. Is there anyway to un-do this?
