Improper Charge

Tried to get the 7 day free trial of FunkTV. couldn't get logged in, so canceled the subscription same day. A month later I now see charges for it appearing on my CC. Contacted fubotv and they have no record of me being billed and that I cancelled immediately. I also have an email from them stating this. How do I get Roku to refund my the money?

I have already done that, and it does not give me any option to dispute the charge. That's is why I am contacting my CC company and getting the fraudulent charge contested. I have a supporting email from FuboTV stating the charge is not from them.

Would you please correct your charges to my acct.  you have me charged with showtime and that's 11 and you charged me twice for CBS and I have asked you to cancel the 3 dollar charge also  Do you not have a human that a person can speak too?  you have telephone numbers but no one answers

i have been trying to get a response from Roku because I am being billed for something I don't have for three months already.
