Disney+ subscription fraud

I cannot seem to cancel my Disney+ account. Somehow they have been able to draft my checking account and when I try to cancel I continue to get a runaround. Disney says it’s a Roku subscription and Roku says I have none yet my checking account shows a Roku draft monthly. Roku has no ability to talk to anyone and emails are runarounds.  Caveat Emptor I say.  This is a big scam. I am going to have to call my bank and dispute the charge and pay to stop it.

We would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions. If you do not see a Disney+ subscription there, you will need to contact Disney+ for further support as you do not have a Disney+ subscription through Roku. You can reach Disney+ support here: https://help.disneyplus.com/csp

If you do not see a Disney+ subscription there, you will need to contact Disney+ for further support as you do not have a Disney+ subscription through Roku.
