I recently received a Roku device, that I did order and paid with a credit card,but found there was another problem that when solved, did not require a change of device. I have not opened the new device and would like to return it as soon as possible. I can find no information about returns and there were no invoice papers of other instructions in the shipping box. I have an account with Roku and use the device often but really do not need two! Thank you for your assistance with this problem.
