I was billed for a Disney Premium Subscription I did not Purchase. I have never logged on the Disney site. I appealed and my account was not refunded. Response was: We've received a feedback from Disney Plus that your refund request for the subscription is denied. Be careful and check your account often or you could also be a victim !!!

However, if you made a channel subscription through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact that channel support to assist you further with your account. You can reach Disney+ support here: https://help.disneyplus.com/csp

Just purchased Disney plus to try. Was not impresssed after trying all Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars. I found it limited and not this unabridged catalog as they announced it. Refund?
