I have never purchased anything directly through Roku. My family and I do everything through Amazon because we know it to be safe and don't want any risks, but on the credit card statement, for the past three months we keep getting 8.99 charges for Roku. We don't have any subscriptions except for Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix, all of which appear under their own names. We have never rented a movie or subscribed to nay premium channels like STARZ or HBO through Roku channel. On the Roku website, it keeps saying it cannot show us our purchase history and the phone number for Roku says it is not currently active because of the situation. Does anyone have any ideas what this 8.99 charge could be?
