I would really like to pay you guys some more money to upgrade my Max account. I’m sick and tired of listening to the same commercial over and over and over again there is no way that I could find to upgrade my Max account. It’s frustrating that you do not provide a way or a phone number to do it. Can somebody please help me?… or better yet, call me, text me, email me, send me a letter,…. something?????… Why don’t you provide a phone number? Don’t you have customer service somewhere? I spent over 30 minutes looking for a way to upgrade my account this is ridiculous..You could make it easier. I want to send you money. Do you not want the money?
