Last month, I subscribed to Acorn TV through the app on my TV but due to its prompting I set it up using my Roku information and then paid $87.59 to "Roku for RLJ Entertainment". Ever since, I haven't been able to access it because it says "not found" and Acorn support only keeps directing me back to Roku. This is the only place I have found to complain and see if someone can help me get the access which I have paid for.
