Why am I being billed $13.84 a month for your service? For the past 2 months, you are taken money from my account, don't know how u got that information.
@sweetgh29 Login to your Roku account on a phone or computer and check your subscriptions. When/if you find a subscription you can unsubscribe there. If you have no subscriptions listed in your Roku account the charge is not from Roku and then I suggest you communicate with your financial institution.
