@jeff14221 Login to your Roku account on a computer. Go to payments & subscriptions. Select purchase history and invoices. Find the correct invoice. Click on the invoice and at the bottom of the page should be Roku customer support. Click on Roku customer support and return/replace is an option.
Same here. Finding infos to return a defective device is a nightmare on Roku Web site.
If your devive get broke, you are on your own, as Roku's support site doesn't offer any info about how to get your device replaced.
