Horrible customer service

Hey thanks for the sudden $10 charge on my account. Your website is completely useless. I can't even contact your company with an email? Your hands off approach to customer service is disgusting!!! I will be canceling. I see from several other posts that these sudden charges are common place for you. Also unhelpful is the reciprocal answers your inept staff provides with links back to your endless loop website. I hate your service.

@EphHugh Login to your Roku account on a computer.  Click the support tab.  Select Accounts, payments, & subscriptions.  Scroll to the bottom right of the page and select check support options.  Or you can just rant.
