Closing deceased person's account
I have searched the forum and not had luck with any of the previously posted suggestions. My dad died, so will someone please explain how to get into contact with customer service to cancel charges & close his account? He is still being billed on autopay and I cannot get in touch with customer service anywhere.

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

@Kakjane If you know his email address go to my.roku.com and try to login to the account. Since you likely do not know the password select forgot password. When you get a new password use that to login and unsubscribe from everything on the account. I hope this helps.
