@nicole01, you remove an app by highlighting its icon on the Home Screen and pressing * on your Roku remote. If you have an option that says "Manage subscription" instead of "Remove app" you won't be able to remove it until the subscription expires and you'll have to cancel auto-renew for that to happen. If you can remove it, be sure to restart your TV by performing a "System restart" under Settings->System->Power before you add it again.
