Can't get through for returns

Trying to return items purchased. Says I have 30 days to return. I can't get through to anyone. The "return" option on the website is just sending an error code. I can't get through to anyone over the phone. What am I supposed to do? Need to return ASAP. I purchased the sound bar/bass combo and did not like how it worked alongside my tv. Plugged it in the night received and packaged back up the next day. Now can't get through. Please help

Did you buy direct from Roku or from somewhere else? If you bought it from someplace other than directly from ROKU you must contact them for a return.

I got this far on the ROKU site:

https://support.roku.com/contactus/returns

ROKU will only replace defective items if you bought from someplace other than ROKU. Hope this helps.

Yes I purchased the audio devices on May 28th 2024.

When I try the "return" on the website and submit my request I just get an error message from them my message wont go through to get the information on how to start the return.

I do not know who to contact to get the return information.

I spent 270 dollars and am hoping to hear back before the 30 days is up otherwise just wasted that money I do not like how the speakers worked with my TV.

I can't test if returns work. The last thing I bought direct from ROKU was in 2023.

Roku sucks! They have set it up to where you can’t call them! They want you to use there support system, and pay them a dollar to answer questions like mine! Why have I been charged the same thing 2 days in a row? I shouldn't have to pay them a dollar for this kind of questions! They say the dollars is refundable, but I don’t want to put my credit card info out there where someone can hack there system…. Roku sucks! Think I will just throw my 5 Roku devices in the trash!
