Billing issue with my Roku and bank card

I received a new card, why and how is my new card being charged if I never programmed my card number into my Roku account and why am I being charged multiple charges for something I didn't authorize? Another issue is why can't people communicate with a human being why must we have to go through all of this just to get some type of service, and questions answered through people? This is very disturbing!
