Adding a second television to your home

I added a second television with a Roku stick. I have a Roku TV in my main room downstairs. It is not acknowledging that I’ve already paid for several apps and it’s requiring me to pay for them again on the second television. For example, the Britbox. How do I bypass the payment option  (Since I’ve already paid for it) And download it without a second payment?

Are the devices linked to the same Roku account?  Check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About.
