Submit a billing issue on the Contact page.
Note that if there is not an item listed on the Subscriptions page, then likely Roku did not actually bill you, but rather a scammer obtained your payment card information and submitted a charge with a false description. This is more common than many realize. Regardless, start with the billing issue page, and, if there is no item on the subscriptions page, print that out as proof, then contact your bank and dispute the charge as fraudulent. You'll likely have to get a new card issued, by the way, so none of this will be fun.
