Hey, Nick42!
Just an update: Our team hasn’t been able to reproduce the issue on our end, and it’s looking like it might be specific to your device.
If you can share any additional details to help us investigate further, that would be helpful.
We hope to hear from you soon!

Definitely not just his device, there are quite a few of us with the same problem. Possibly just iOS devices maybe, mine is an iPhone 15 Pro iOS 18.6, Roku App 12.8.1, and same error.

Well there's other people commented with the same problem and I've found posts on other sites about it too so I don't think it's only me, but sure what more information can I provide you?
This issue has persisted for me for about a year now thru several software updates but here's my current device info:
iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 18.6
Roku app: 12.8.1 (updated today)
When I initially open the Roku all the squares/rectangles of the home screen are blank with a side scrolling loading animation for about 30 seconds before the app fully loads. When I attempt to log in I get the "Your device doesn't meet our security requirements because it has been modified" error whether I put my correct credentials in or if I put something incorrect in to see if it would produce a different error.
Way back when I first installed the Roku I could log in fine and it worked great. At some point it started having the 30 second delay when opening but I was still stayed logged in and everything worked. Per advice I saw on this forum to make that delay stop, I tried logging out and logging back in and since that point have never been able to log in again.
As I've mentioned previously, I've never made any attempts to hack, modify, or jailbreak my phone. I have financial apps and an app for my work that also do checks that the phone hasn't done a jailbreak, and those apps all still work fine. It's only the Roku app saying it and giving an error.
It seems to me the bug is somehow related to that 30 second delay I get when opening the app but the error provides no further details and I don't know what it's looking for. Is there any other information I can provide you? Are there any settings on my phone that I can check that might be making the app falsely think it's jailbroken? Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist with this. Thanks!
