I am having the same problem, i am unable to use the Roku app on my tablet (which is not jail broken or rooted) because it keeps popping up the same dumb error. it really shows the incompetency of the whole Roku team. Nick42 has been trying to get an answer for over four months as well as other people with the same problem but instead of doing anything to fix it, you just give the same lip service and don't do **bleep** about it because your too scared to do anything that could potentially bypass your DRM. Trash service, cant wait for the day Roku goes under and all of you on "The Roku Team" lose your livelihoods. Thanks for reminding everyone why pirating is a better option than your pos software/hardware. Remember to get a non-roku tv or streaming device like an Nvidia Shield TV Pro or an Amazon FireStick
