Why is "sound mode" not in settings any more?

My sound bar had terrible sound so I went back to my old 4K stick+ and updated it. Now, the only sound setting I have is either "night" or "leveling." What gives with that? I am sure that I set it up properly, but it seems to have disappeared after I updated the software.
