Why are Bluetooth settings missing from my Roku streaming device?

So I have a Roku Ultra 4660RW, and I can't connect anything else but a remote either. So the answer above to this question is wrong. I don't know about the Stream at, but the Ultra Bluetooth for headphones and speakers does not work.
