Whatis the difference? please help me out

I'm seeing a Roku Ultra 4K & HDR for about $60 and a Roku Ultra for $110. Is the cheaper an older model? There are no model numbers or manufacturing dates shown. Frankly, since mine is a Premier+ (2016) anything within the last could of years is an upgrade.

"Ultra" devices have been around for several years under several model numbers.  It's the model number that matters.  I don't think I'd purchase one without knowing the model numbers.

If you look up the Roku wiki, there is a good list of all of the different models of Roku along with the model numbers of each.  That way you will know what the latest models are.  Then you can look for those models when you are purchasing, so you won't buy a model that may seem like a good deal but may not be if it turns out to be a really old version.
