What wifi capabilities does my Roku express have

I was wondering what wifi capabilities my 2021&nbsp;Roku Express (3930, 3931 series) &nbsp;has, because my apartment no longer supports 2.4GHz, yet that’s the only signal my Roku can seem to pick up on the 5GHz network they provide
