Voice Activated Roku Remote - 3rd Party Sound Bar

I have received a replacement remote for my 3800X Streaming Stick.  The remote is the RC-EL1  Voice Remote with TV Controls.

I have a 3rd party Sound Bar, Polk Audio, presently.   Is there a way that this remote can be used to control the volume on this device?  I am seeing only the option to control a Roku Soundbar.

If not, is it because the Roku remote is a RF device only? Or is there some other incompatibility?

    You don't have a voice activated remote, you have a roku remote with voice search key. It can not control a third party device. So no it won't control the polk soundbar.
