I have the Roku tv C122X
Software version 9.3.0 build 4294-93
On oct 19th everything was fine and played with no issue. Until I went to use my tv on Oct 20th.
The tv itself, color and audio wise, are fine. Until I go to play a video. Then it gets all dark and distorted.
I have tried it in multiple apps and have gotten the same results.
I have restarted and checked for updates and still have the issue.
Same thing happening here. Have you figured it out?
I just bought a Phillips roku TV today, I too am having this problem..any resolution?
What I did was, go to settings and reset the TV and it fixed it for me.
Unplugging and going through Settings did not work for me. I also have Apple TV and that one works fine. Therefore I know that it's the Roku that is not working. I have a Samsung 55" TV.
Click through picture settings and try each one.
Same thing happened to me , last night it was working fine and today it was all distorted when I tried to watch my show in HBO max . I attempted other applications like Netflix Hulu YouTube and the image was still distorted , which lead me to this forum for any ideas but none seemed to help so I decided to unplug the tv from the outlet for about 10 seconds and reconnected the tv to the power outlet and voila it worked. Hopefully this is a permanent fix keeping my 🤞
This did not work for me. I also went to settings and restarted thru the menu and all is still distorted.
