It did not start with the pairing issue. First, the tip of the USB power Cable with Long-range Wireless Receiver recently came off, even though we haven't touched it for a long time. I tried to put it back but it was not possible. Then I found another cable which is a standart USB power cable(without a wireless Receiver), but this time the remote stopped working and I could not pair it with the roku stick. By the way, I have tried all the steps in your support page. I believe it is all related to USB power Cable with Long-range Wireless Receiver and I need a replacement one.

So, are you guys going to stand behind your product and send me (and others who received defective cables) a replacement cable? As you must know, you used a weird form factor so that we cannot use the stick with a standard micro-USB charging cable, which renders the Roku stick pretty much useless given that the cable you supplied broke about a week after I got the device.
Wirecutter has bumped Roku for Google Chromecast - if you guys want to keep up, you need to support your customers!
Looking forward to your prompt reply, as all I see on this channel is "support will reach out to you soon" - and I have never heard a peep.
Thx -

Hello,
Our Roku 3810x was working fine and then recently we started receiving insufficient power and low power. We have used it plugged directly into the TV with the USB power extender cable and even with it plugged into an outlet. I noticed that the small end on the USB power cable is broken. I have no clue what cased this but wondering if there is a defect with the cable. Serial # 223063431607.
Thank you.

Hi Danny,
The cable appears to be out of stock online. The person I chatted with from Roku said that I would have to purchase a new device. They said I can purchase from Roku and get 30% off. I asked to speak with a manager, and they said they would have a manager reach out to me but that was two days ago and still haven't heard from anyone.
My husband looked at the cable, plugged it in and looks like the light goes on when I plug it (into wall with Roku adapter and cables) and still get an insufficient power message.
Where do we go from here? Do you have an actual phone number that I can call? To me it is poor customer service (with any company) if their customers can't speak to a live person.

caregiver1945 They are temporarily out of stock. Is your Roku older than 12 months? If so it’s out of warranty. They only way to get a new cable is just buy another Roku Streaming Stick. Unfortunately
