Status update 6/9: We're currently investigating the audio issue impacting customers with TCL Roku TV, which was out of sync after an update.
To help us know more about it and proceed with the investigation, can you share some info?
- Do you have any other audio devices/peripherals connected to your TV?
- If you have, does the problem persist if you use the built-in TV speakers?

I am chatting with Support now about this issue. I have restarted my TV several times. And I refuse to do a factory reset because I will lose everything I have set up. They are trying to get me to a specialist . . . the chat session is going on an hour . . . still going . . . guess I should have called . . .

I made a ticket with support last night, they said they would respond via email. Today I tried just removing and reinstalling one app to see if that would resolve the issue with that app, and it worked. So I've spent the entire morning uninstalling and reinstalling every single f ing app on my TV. So fun! The only app that doesn't seem to be resolved is the Roku app. And feeds from my antenna still are not in sync. FWIW.
