TV Stuck in “standby” mode

Hi! 
I have the 55” tv, it is staying stuck in standby mode, I am able to see a red flashing light but the TV will not turn on. 
I have tried a factory reset, unplugging for 10 minutes, I have tried to use the power button and the volume down button for 10 minutes and nothing is working.
