TV screeching when turned off.

Hi, i have the TCL Roku 43RC630K model TV. Ive had it for a year and suddenly it has a screeching/humming sound only when turned off. The moment i turn it back on it stops? It's got the latest software, 14.6, and I've system reset, audio reset AND factory reset it. Ive changed nothing settings wise its just making this noise all of a sudden? 

Please any help would be appreciated 🥺
