We noticed that you're experiencing an issue where your Roku TV restarts on its own after being powered down.
- Did you start experiencing this problem when you first began using the TV, or did it begin after the update?
- Are you currently using the Roku mobile app as your remote control?
- Do you have any additional devices plugged into your TV? (e.g., cable box, streaming device, gaming console)
For now, try disabling Fast TV Start.
- Press Home on the Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power
- Find and select Fast TV Start.
- To disable it, simply check the box beside 'Enable Fast TV Start'.
