The box is just blinking it's in blue

    Thanks for bringing your concern about the blinking blue light on your Roku device to our attention. It could indicate an internet connection issue.

    In this case, we highly suggest rebooting your Roku streaming device's system by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > System restart.

      I can’t get to the Roku settings. It keeps blinking from Roku to HDMI screen

        Thanks for sharing your concern with your Roku, and we'd like to help you figure this out. 

        Here are a few things we can try:

        • Try power cycling your Roku device. To do this, unplug it from the power outlet and plug it back in after several seconds.
        • Also, try replacing the HDMI cable on your Roku device and see if that makes any changes or resolves the issue.
