Tennis Channel and FS1 apps not in search results

Neither the Tennis Channel app or FS1 app appear in Roku Search results.  I have valid subscriptions to both through my cable provider but can’t log in if they don’t show up in Search.

I updated the Roku software and restarted several times but they’re still not there.  My internet connection is solid and fast.

Any ideas?

    Where are you located?  I assume you have a Roku TV and not a Roku device connected to a TV.  If you have a Roku device connected to a TV, what is the model number displayed under Settings->System->About?
