Stop Changing Wallpaper!!

I have a Sharp Roku! The options that were provided don't apply to my Tv! So what can I do to stop Roku from changing my wallpaper?!

    Seasonal themes are enabled by default. You can disable them using the following instructions.

    1. Open the Themes menu using steps 1 through 3 from above
    2. Select Seasonal themes
    3. Select Off to disable seasonal themes (or select On to enable them).

    This option will retain your wallpaper according to your reference.

      So I guess you completely ignored the fact that I said I have a Sharp Roku Tv. And those options are not available. So you basically replied for nothing or this must not even be a human. This is an AI robot!!!!

        On my TV, I go to Settings - Wallpapers & Screensavers

        Below the top row it says advanced settings. I went to BOTH Seasonal Wallpapers and Sponsored Wallpapers and turned them both OFF. The sponsored wallpaper being turned off was a Godsend as soon as they put Taylor Swift on my tv! LOL

      My Roku TV also has “Sponsored Wallpapers” under the Advanced Settings of the Wallpapers and Screensavers settings, which I also turned off to prevent my wallpaper from being automatically changed.

    Thanks for the tip.  Actually, I have the opposite problem.  I usually don't mind the sponsored wallpaper, because it's only temporary.  Today, I noticed, twice, that when I go to my Roku home screen, the House of Dragons wallpaper flashes, but then my regular wallpaper comes on.  I checked the Advanced settings, and it says my Sponsored Wallpaper is turned on.

    I have a TCL Roku TV.  Any suggestions?

      Thanks for reaching out. We'd be happy to provide further information about this. 

      On various occasions throughout the year, Roku releases sponsored wallpapers like the House of Dragons. You may disable this if you don't want this to be your preferred wallpaper.

      However, if you are having problems setting this as your preferred wallpaper, kindly provide us with a short video clip of it happening. As you mentioned, it was flashed but turned to your wallpaper. We'd be happy to review your concerns.
