Here is my info.

- Remote model: 1060BC2/1060BC3
I wouldn't even bother giving them the info they are asking for. This latest update killed everything. They just need to rollback to the previous. In fact, I'd take the firmware that came with the TV over anything they have updated it to since.
randl Try the 11463 code and you should be good to go.

11463 is a partial fix that doesn't help me much - no navigation buttons, no exit, etc. I still need the TV remote to select streaming services, to navigate within a service, etc.
I had better luck with 11780. That restores all but OK/Select (so I still need the TV remote). Agree that TCL has to correct this.

Instead of 11463 or 11780, try 12049. It has a more complete key set ready to go.
Only the Pause & FFwd buttons did not work correctly, but they can be fixed.
The missing Channel Dot key can be added, too.

These codes do not seem to work with my rc122 since it only takes the first 4 digits and not five so all the lights blink whenever I enter four digits of the code. This is the older black spectrum rc122 control. I also tried 1098. The Roku tcl tv will not shut off or control the volume with the Spectrum remove. Channel up or down is controlled. The Spectrum remote does appear to turn on the Roku tv but not turn it off. This is my wife's tv and she's been complaining about this for a while. It used to work just fine. And it has fresh batteries and rebooted the cable box because it's sometimes a Spectrum screw up too. Nothing works!!!!

1023 seems to be the fix for the RC122 remote.

Any luck with a 4 digit code for the rc122 remote that allows the up/down arrows to work? Code 1023 gives function for everything but that, so there’s still no way to scroll to the streaming apps.
