SAVED LIST & CONTINUE WATCHING

Have four Roku Ultra devices and one Roku TV of which all five lost the SAVE LIST & CONTINUE WATCHING features. Since I have had these for about one year I had a lot of Saved List material that just disappeared and was lost for about two weeks. Tried all suggested solutions to no avail. It came back in it's totality on it's on for about three days and disappeared again. It has been gone again for four days as of 7/6/2024. Very disappointed in Roku. I have recommended the product to several friends and family but not anymore. Status is now AVOID!!!!

The Save List and Continue Watching should be available in both locations under the Roku Channel and also the What to Watch menu item on Home Screen. (you may need to enable under Settings/Home Screen/What to Watch [Show]

There was an issue in which they disappeared last week temporarily, https://community.roku.com/t5/Issue-Tracking-Board/SOLVED-Roku-Channel-Missing-Saved-List-amp-Continue-Watching/m-p/978799#M3102 but should be resolved. (I am showing them as available).

You may need to perform a System Restart or Software Update on your devices just to clear cache.  Both of these can be performed from Settings/System and/or Settings/System/Power depending on your device.

He gave you incorrect information. You're going to go into settings power restart. After it restarts just do an update and it should be back That's simple showing anything has nothing to do with the problem so not really an expert

For me, Save List (but not Continue Watching) disappeared from What to Watch. System restart then software update didn't restore Save List.

  • Gosh, I just had my saved list disappear  .. and there is no where or no way to report it that I could find.

So, do I just need to do like you did and just wait for it to come back ?  It's very annoying looking through all the different things just to see if you can find out how to fix it.  .. Help

Yeah Roku is messed up. They have two saved lists. One in the Roku Channel, and one on the homepage settings called what to watch.  Now looks like they did away with the one in Roku Channel. Its there but only shows as large cards, and if you have a lot in saved then your going to be scrolling for awhile. stupid design choices.
