We understand you're having issues with your Roku device that won't connect to the internet. Can you confirm what error message and code appear on your screen? Also, a photo would be a great help.
If you run into this kind of issue, give these steps a try:
- Double-check your Wi-Fi and password.
- See if things work better on a different device.
- Reboot your Roku device: Kindly turn off your Roku by unplugging it, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in to restart it.
- Try unplugging your router and modem, then plug them back in.
