Hello,
Here's all the details:
Device Model: ROKU ULTRA - 4802X
Serial Number: X01000PR1C01
Device ID: S0DA223R1C01
Software Version: 12.5.5 (build 4174-C2)
Tracker ID: 01-162-279
I've attached an image of the pop-up: The remote shows a blinking green light, signaling constant attempts to reconnect every few seconds. Moreover, the TV battery pop-up keeps appearing regularly, making the remote inoperable whenever it's on the screen. This problem has been ongoing for a week now, despite having the ROKU for about two months. Please address this issue urgently

Thank you for providing us with the requested details, nhmaganti.
Rest assured that we have already forwarded the details you have provided to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation. Once we've been notified of updates from the team, we will make sure to let you know.
In the meantime, you can use the Roku mobile app as an alternative for your physical remote. Not only can you launch channels, navigate the Roku interface, and search and issue commands with your voice, but you can also share personal photos and videos on your TV, listen privately with your headphones, and more.
Best regards,
Carly
