I’ve been having this issue for at least a year now with every Roku device I use. No resolution. Roku continues to insist that it’s an iPhone issue but I’ve continued to isolate the issue to the Roku devices. I’ve used multiple Apple devices. Multiple Roku devices. Issue is only temporarily resolved when I restart.
Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community, Loim!

Same issue persists regardless of how many times I reset. It’s a Roku issue and not an iPhone issue. It started about a year ago or so.

You guys can’t figure this out (shameful) but someone on Reddit did:
“Just to outline how I did it. Here ya go:
Enter the Platform Secret Screen by pressing Home button 5 times followed by FF>Play>Rewind>Play>FF.
(For some reason on this step, Paramount+ app kept opening, so I had to delete it and try it again lol 😆. Hopefully you don’t get random apps opening on this step.)
2. Once you’re in the Platform Secret Menu, select the IPv6 Secret Screen in the lower right of the menu.
3. In the IPv6 Secret Screen select Toggle IPv6 to disable it. Press OK on that and IPv6 Status in the upper left of the screen should change from Enabled to Disabled.
4. Restart/reboot your Roku.
Hopefully that works. Let me know how it goes for you. I only had to do this once and AirPlay is still working.”
