I’ve been having this issue for at least a year now with every Roku device I use. No resolution. Roku continues to insist that it’s an iPhone issue but I’ve continued to isolate the issue to the Roku devices. I’ve used multiple Apple devices. Multiple Roku devices. Issue is only temporarily resolved when I restart.

Same issue persists regardless of how many times I reset. It’s a Roku issue and not an iPhone issue. It started about a year ago or so.

Your assistance is helpful for this investigation by providing the following details:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- iOS Version and iPhone Model
