ROKU TV slow wired internet speed. changed providers with faster speed

Just got a new provider for my internet with faster speeds. Wireless seems to be working fine, but wired will not go above 86mbps. Had the provider of my internet check the speed at my house & it is above 400mbps. Have tried to reconnect at TV numerous times & no changes. Any help would be great.

    thanks for bringing this to our attention. We would be more than to assist. Have you tried to do a system restart to see if it resolves the issue? If not, we recommend performing it by going to Settings  System > System Restart. After this, restart your router.

    Additionally, you can try to use a different ethernet port to see if you notice any changes.
