Roku tv replacement remote
So I got gifted a Roku tv with no remote. So I got the replacement remote and I tried factory resetting my tv and now I can’t get my remote to get passed the Let’s get started screen?

In addition to what renojim said, we should also consider the specific brand of your Roku TV (TCL, Hisense, Philips, etc.) as each brand has their own specific remote. It may be possible that the remote you purchased is limited to use with a specific Roku streaming device, such as Roku Express.
We highly suggest purchasing a remote directly from the specific TV brand of your Roku TV.
